All the staff were very kind to us. The hotel is well located, just a few meters from the city's main square. The food is excellent, with a lot of variety. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of mineral water.
The rooms are very old, comfortable, but simple, with tiled ceramic floors. The lighting was very bad, it was difficult to read at night or even during the day, because the window was very small. We stayed in an internal room, with a view of other accommodations, and the curtain did not cover the entire window, which compromised privacy. In our bathroom, the cold water tap in the sink didn't work, there was only hot water. The heated indoor pool is small for the number of guests, I suggest heating the outdoor pool. The hotel could send a message warning that the parking entrance is on another street.
